Biography - I have taught Textiles for many years and have exhibited throughout Britain, most recently at the Royal Botanical Gardens, Edinburgh. Biography - Bailey loves working with colour. Her main medium is hand made felt which is always dyed for the specific piece of work. At the present time Bailey is working on a theme of 'Gardens' and 'Homelands', getting together several pieces of work for both of these. The technique used is felt with cotton or nylon backing with cotton or viscose appliqu?, the fabrics are pieced together, then dyed. Some additional stitch by hand or machine is added after the dye process is completed.
